Our Parkour Intermediate class teaches and builds on the fundamentals of Parkour, free running & tricking while now expanding on the flow, connection and tricking and skill technique. This course will teach Athletes to learn and apply all the movements necessary for students to safely get through set obstacles set up. Athletes will also be working on increasing overall flexibility, fitness, air awareness and body control.
SKILLS TAUGHT: Round off, front flip, back flip, side flip, kash, palm spins, kong front, roll vaults, roll pops, vaults to precision, vault to plyo, vault to stride, vault to cat, double kong, dive vaults, wall spins, tic-tac cat, wall flips, websters, webster side, 270 wall runs, lache to bar, cast back, lache to precision, lache to cat, and 180 re-grips.
PREREQUISITES: Completed Rookies ClassPass or Director/Coach Suggestion.
