COVID-19 Status

May 1st, 2020

Dear Families,

We wanted to give you an update on how the COVID-19 pandemic is effecting TumblePro now that the Stay At Home orders have been lifted.  As you know, Governor Abbott announced on April 27th the first phase for the reopening of businesses which began today.  The Governor will be evaluating the success of this first phase until at least May 18th, when he will announce the next phase of businesses that can open. We strongly believe TumblePro will be allowed to reopen in this next phase!

This month the staff and I are diligently working on getting ready to welcome our families back to the gym including:

  • Sanitizing and cleaning all areas of our facility according to CDC guidelines.  We have also contracted with DIS.IN.FX to treat, certify and test our facility monthly.

  • Remodeling and creating protocols to meet guidelines for social distancing between Athletes, Staff and Coaches within the gym for this first phase of operation.  We will be providing you with more information on these changes in the coming weeks.

  • Revamping our class schedule to allow adequate time to disinfect and clean equipment between classes.  All Athletes have now been dropped from the classes they were enrolled in prior to our closing.  We will allow Athletes enrolled in March 2020 priority registration when the new schedule of classes is released.

  • We will also be offering FREE Virtual Classes in May for all.  Be on the look out for more information on how to login and get active with your favorite coaches.

This has been an especially hard time for our business but we are committed to our staff, coaches, Athletes, their families and our community to reopen. We will continue to update everyone regularly on our status and we hope you will continue to support us.

We miss all of you,

Angela Craig

March 29th, 2020

Today, President Trump extended the Social Distancing guidelines through April 30th.  We anticipate that this will delay the reopening of TumblePro and PROCHEER TX.  We will continue to provide updates here, on our social media and through our Parent Portal.  We will not be billing anyone until we know when we will reopen.  All currently enrolled students will have their spot saved in our classes as well.

We miss all our Athletes and Families!!  Check out the virtual content we are posting to help keep our Athletes fit and their skills sharp!!

March 20th, 2020

Dear TumblePro Families,

We know this is a difficult time for everyone as we try to protect our loved ones from the COVID-19 virus. I wanted to provide you with an update about what we are doing at TumblePro to protect our Athletes and their families.

On March 19th, Governor Abbott closed gyms until April 3rd to help stop the spread of COVID-19 in the State of Texas. While we are very disappointed, we are willing to do whatever it takes to stop this pandemic. We will reopen on April 4th and are looking forward to seeing everyone in the gym again.

While we are closed we will be doing the following to insure the safety of our Athletes:

  • We are thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting our entire gym including the mats, gym floors, skills equipment, parkour equipment, bathrooms, offices and lobby areas.

  • We have issued Make Up Tokens for all Athletes that may have missed a class during the month of March either due to our closure or other reasons such as vacation or illness. These tokens will not have an expiration date.

  • We will be delaying our April billing until we have reopened.

  • All Open Gyms have been cancelled and will not resume until after May 11th to comply with a Williamson County requirement regarding gatherings of 10 or more people.

  • All Birthday Parties have been cancelled and will not resume until after May 11th to comply with a Williamson County requirement regarding gatherings of 10 or more people.

  • We will also be postponing our PROCHEER TX Open House scheduled for April 18th and our Tryouts on April 27th, April 29th, May 1st, May 2nd and May 3rd to comply with a Williamson County requirement regarding gatherings of 10 or more people.   We will reschedule these events after May 11th.

Before we reopen we will be send out additional information on precautions we will be taking to promote the health and safety of our Athletes and their families.

We want you to know how much we appreciate your loyalty to TumblePro. We miss all of our Athletes and their families and are so excited to welcome you back on April 4th so that we all can get back to normal. We will keep you posted of any changes to our opening schedule via e-mail and our social media accounts especially since things have been changing daily for our business.

Please continue to stay in touch with us via our Facebook and Instagram pages. We are working on some virtual content to help your Athletes keep their skills up and have some fun while they are at home. Our coaches will also be setting up some live broadcasts so they can check in with your Athletes.

Please fee free to contact me at or Damien at if you have any questions or concerns.

Stay strong,

Angela Craig
